Plane 2 — Relationships: Contacts CRM

Navigate the contacts CRM, open a contact, and work its Insights, Interactions, and Outcomes.

The Relationships Plane is your personal CRM — not for “managing” people, but for cultivating the connections that matter most to you, with «o»’s help.

What you need before you start

  • Contacts in your system’s Contacts app — o42 reads them as the source of truth and projects them into a local, sovereign cache. Your notes and relationship intelligence live on your machine.

The overview

On the left, “On your radar”: birthdays this week, a random contact to reconnect with, and your newest contacts. On the right, your full, searchable list.

A contact’s profile

Opening a contact reveals its profile: information on the left; on the right, three tabs where the relationship intelligence lives.

Insights

«o» generates observations about the person, and you add your own. From the menu you can generate with AI, add your own insight, or bring in context from LinkedIn by pasting a URL. An important notice comes with this tab: verify the person’s identity before trusting an insight — sovereignty is a judgment call too.

Interactions

This is the log of your contact with this person. “+ Log Interaction” records a call, a coffee, a message. Over time this log becomes the living memory of the relationship.

Outcomes

Here you capture what’s blossomed from the relationship: a collaboration, a referral, a shared win, with “+ Add Outcome”.

Insights, Interactions, and Outcomes: understanding the person, remembering every contact, and celebrating what grows. That’s o42’s sovereign CRM.
